-

- What It Does: Allows you to create work orders without assigning them to a specific employee.
-
How It Works: Work orders stay in an 'open pool' until someone claims or is assigned to them.
-
Default Assignee:
- What It Does: Automatically assigns new work orders to a pre-selected employee.
- How to Use: When you choose this, you’ll need to select an employee who will be the default assignee for work orders.
2. Aging Process for Work Order
- What it does : Adjusts the priority of a work order after a set number of days.
- Example: Set it for 3 days, and a low to medium priority ticket will shift to medium to high priority automatically after three days.
- How to use : When you choose this, you’ll need Input the how many days you would like to set the priority for each option.
