Create a Work Order in the maintenance Module.
- Navigate to Maintenance Module:
- Open the wrkspot application
- On the left side panel you will see a module called “Maintenance”
- Click on this “ Maintenance”
- Initiate Work Order Creation:
- Click on “Create Work Order” located at the top right of the screen.
- Fill in Work Order Details:
- Enter the required information in the provided fields.
- Assigning the Work Order (Optional):

You have two options:
- Assign Now: Select an employee to assign the work order.
- Assign Later: Leave the assignment field blank if you wish to assign it later.
- Finalize the Work Order:
- Click on the “Add Card” button to create the work order.
Managing and Tracking Work Orders
- Locating Unassigned Work Orders:
- Find unassigned work orders in the “Open Pool.”
- Claim a work order by clicking the Plus (+) button on its card.
- Tracking Assigned Work Orders:
- Assigned work orders are listed under the “Assigned” tab.
- Understanding Work Order Statuses:
- Open Pool: All unassigned work orders.
- Assigned: Work orders assigned to employees.
- On Hold: Work orders currently on hold.
- In Progress: Work orders that are being actively worked on.
- Completed: Work orders that have been finished.
Filtering Work Orders
- By Time Period:
- In the Maintenance Module, find and click the date range menu.
- Select the desired date range to view work orders within that pay cycle.
- By Priority:
- Click on the “All Priorities” dropdown menu.
- Choose the priority level to filter work orders by priority.
- By Type:
- Select from the “All Types” dropdown menu.
- Choose the type of work order to filter.
- By Search:
- Use the search bar to find specific work orders (by room, type, name, etc.).
- By Unassigned Status:
- Check the “Unassigned” box to view all unassigned work orders.
- Downloading Work Orders:
- Click on the “Download” option in the Maintenance Module.
- The system will generate and download an Excel file of the work orders.
- Note: You can apply filters before downloading to get specific types of work orders.
