This articles will help you understand housekeeping and occupancy status updates between both the systems.

Please make sure you are following the below activities everyday.

• Every day morning once the allocation is executed, please make sure to review the allocation and publish it. 
• This is an important step you have to do everyday morning. Without publish data will not be in sync and housekeeper also will not see the housekeeping task for the day.
• Similarly end of the day, please make sure all the assigned rooms for housekeeper gets cleaned.

PMS	Update housekeeping room status to Ready	-	-	Ready	Clean	This status only applicable for the PMS who has enabled inspection WrkSpot only understands Dirty and Ready/Clean. We expect our customers to update the housekeeping status and maintain the work flow in WrkSpot
PMS	Create Workorder PMS without marking the room as OOO	Remains the same as previous	Remains the same as previous	-	-	There will be Workorder created in WrkSpot under maintenance
PMS	Create Workorder PMS while marking the room as OOO	OOO	OOO	Dirty	Dirty	There will be Workorder created in WrkSpot under maintenance The OOO status will be maintained in WrkSpot for the date range mentioned while creating the work order in the PMS

WrkSpot	Update housekeeping room as Inspected Pending	-	-	Clean/Dirty	Inspection Pending	If you have inspection enabled in PMS then when you mark a room as Inspection pending in WrkSpot it will be marked as Clean in PMS If inspection is disabled in PMS, then in PMS it will be marked on Dirty when you move the room to inspection pending in WrkSpot

WrkSpot	Update housekeeping room as Clean	-	-	Clean / Ready	Clean	If you have inspection enabled in PMS then when you mark a room as Clean in WrkSpot it will be marked as Ready in PMS If inspection is disabled in PMS, when you mark a room as Clean in WrkSpot it will be marked as Clean in PMS

WrkSpot	Update Occupancy status to Vacant	Occupancy updates should be made only in PMS system, doing occupancy update in WrkSpot will not update it to PMS system which will result in out of sync between both the systems

WrkSpot	Update Occupancy status to Due Out
WrkSpot	Update Occupancy status to OOO
WrkSpot	Update Occupancy status to No Show
WrkSpot	Update Occupancy status to NA
WrkSpot	Creating or Completing Workorders	Updating workorders will not have any reflection in PMS system. We are expecting to handle OOO status or work order closure in PMS directly
