WrkSpot - StayNTouch Two Way Integration

This articles will help you understand housekeeping and occupancy status updates between both the systems.

Please make sure you are following the below activities everyday.

• Every day morning once the allocation is executed, please make sure to review the allocation and publish it. 
• This is an important step you have to do everyday morning. Without publish data will not be in sync and housekeeper also will not see the housekeeping task for the day.
• Similarly end of the day, please make sure all the assigned rooms for housekeeper gets cleaned.

StayNTouch	Update the room as OOO	OOO	OOO	-	-	WrkSpot maintains the OOO status for the given date range while marking the room as OOO in the PMS system. After the end date, room will be moved to the status marked in the PMS system Once room marked as OOO in PMS with an end date, you cannot shortend the end date in PMS. This is bug the StayNTouch. Work around is to mark the room as Inservice and again move to OOO
