Overview:
WrkSpot provides you with tools to get support right away. These resources enable you to use our services more effectively and be confident that when you run into an issue, the solution won't be far behind. Whether you're a GM or hotel employee, you will have access to Help on Web and the WrkSpot mobile app.
Web:

Click the
icon on the upper right side of your screen.
- In the help window that opens, use the search bar to find a topic or browse through our list of support articles. Be sure to include relevant keywords in your search such as Timesheets, Schedule, Smart Hotel, etc.
- Click on a title to view the article.

If you want to expand the article to full page, click on the
icon in the right corner.
- When results come back from the search, there will be an option to Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
- Click Contact Us.
- Fill out all the required fields.
- Click Send and an agent will get back to you soon.
Tip: Include a screenshot when possible to give us a better understanding of your issue.
Mobile:
- While logged into the WrkSpot mobile app, tap the More icon from the bottom right corner then select Help.
- Use the search bar to find a topic or browse through our list of support articles.
- Tap on a title to view the article.
- (Note: you can also access Help Center prior to logging in by selecting the question mark icon on Web and Mobile.)
- If you can't find what you're looking for or have a more urgent issue, you can create a support ticket email for us to get back to you.
- Tap the More icon from the bottom right corner then select Help.
- Tap Contact Us.
- Fill out all the required fields.
- Tap Send and an agent will get back to you soon.
