Assigning a Panic Document
After managing a panic situation, you need to document the steps taken and ensure employees acknowledge the incident. Here’s how to do it:
- Complete the Checklist
Once the panic situation is resolved, a checklist will appear. Go through the list and check off all the steps you've taken.
- Create and Assign Document
At the end of the checklist, there's an option to create a document for the incident. Select this option to automatically generate and it will create and send this document to the employee’s present during this incident.
Tracking Signatures for the Panic Document
Managers can track who has acknowledged the panic document in two steps:
- Navigate to the Documents Module
- Go to the "Documents" Module in your application.
- Click on the "Library". Here, look for a folder named "Safety".
- Within "Safety", find and click on the "Panic Compliance" subfolder.
- Review Panic Compliance Documents
- In "Panic Compliance", you’ll see all assigned panic documents, sorted by date.
- Select the most recent document. A pop-up will appear with various settings for the document.
- Click on "Signature Info" next to "General Info".
- This section provides an overview of who has signed the document and who hasn’t. It also guides you on how to track these signatures.
Note : You can also view the documents in each employee profile.
