Accessing the Safety Analytics
There are two ways to access the safety analytics dashboard.
1. From the Analytics Menu
From the main menu, select Analytics -> Safety. Here, you will see the Graphical and Tabular representation of past panic incidents and drills along with various filters for the time period and the KPIs.
2. From the Safety Dashboard
You need to click on Dashboard and then scroll down to view the Safety card. There you need to click on the 3 dots to view the Safety Analytics.
Panic Incident Analytics :
- From the Date Range filter, you can select the time-period for which you want to view the data in the graphical and tabular format.
- Under the safety filter, you will get an option to select either Panic Incidents or Safety Drills under the Safety filter.
- Now if you select Panic incidents you will be able to choose various KPIs that can help you narrow down to specific aspects of the panic incidents:
- Priority - In WrkSpot, panic incidents are classified into Primary and Secondary. Primary incidents are the red alert incidents that require immediate attention and are critical in nature like fire, electrical, etc. Slip and fall can be classified as a Secondary incident where a single individual is affected and requires further attention.
- Type - Panic incidents can be of 9 different types which are Sprinkler, Fire, Gunman, Medical, Chemical, Assault, Electrical, Slip & Fall, and others. The employees in panic choose the relevant type and initiate the panic alert.
- Age - The age of a panic incident is basically how old the incident is.
- Location - A panic incident may happen at any part of the property. This KPI helps you view the incidents based on their location and origin.
- Duration - Duration is the length of the panic incident which starts when an employee raises the panic alarm and ends when the employer turns off the panic alarm.
Tip 1: Fast Range lets you choose the time period for which you wish to assess the panic incident. By default, a 3-month timeline is selected.
Tip 2: You can choose between a line graph and a bar graph from the button on the right side. The download button helps you download the chart in the pdf format.
Safety Drill Analytics: If you select Safety Drill from the Safety filter the list of KPIs used for assessment changes. The KPIs are explained below.
- Type - Safety Drills can be of 9 different types which are Sprinkler, Fire, Gunman, Medical, Chemical, Assault, Electrical, Slip & Fall, and others. The drill participants can optionally choose the relevant type when initiating the panic alert.
- Success - After finishing a drill, the employer may choose whether the drill was successful or not. The success KPI shows how many drills have been successfully completed.
- Effectiveness - The Effectiveness KPI helps to evaluate how many employees were evacuated as compared to the total number of employees who participated in the drill.
- Participation - A panic drill can be conducted for the whole property or the manager can choose the department/employees who will participate in the drill and invite them. The participation KPI shows how many out of the total participants accepted this invite.
- Duration - Duration is the length of the Safety Drill which starts when the drill is initiated by the employer and ends when the employer finishes/aborts the drill.
Note
As you select the filters for viewing the graphical representation of either Panic incidents or Safety Drills the data also gets populated in the tabular format. You can also download the data in .xls format by clicking on the download button on the right.
