HotelKey PMS Integration

WrkSpot now integrates with HotelKey's PMS for real time updates on housekeeping and occupancy status.

• To take advantage of this improved WrkSpot-HotelKey integration, your property's WrkSpot installation must be integrated with HotelKey PMS. After the integration, housekeeping and occupancy status updates will start flowing into WrkSpot in real time.

• Note that the information starts to sync with WrkSpot after the HotelKey night audit completes and publishes all transactions.

• Room information then syncs into WrkSpot until 12 a.m. (midnight), then stops until the night audit closes the log again for the new day. There is no flow of updates between midnight and the close of the night audit.

• Maintenance tasks and maintenance task updates also sync to WrkSpot on the same schedule.
