In case you find you are unable to login to your WrkSpot account, it is likely on account of a simple and easily solvable error. Try these steps to troubleshoot.
If you encounter trouble logging into your WrkSpot account:
- Ensure that all login details are entered correctly and there are no typos in your email or UID and password. Also, WrkSpot user names as email should be entered in lower case at all times, in addition User ID (UID). has a mix of upper and lower case that have to be exactly typed as they are provided. Passwords are case sensitive.
- If you wish to update your email or password on your mobile device after you have logged in, you may do so on your Home > click on the image or picture > My Profile > Profile page
- Your manager can also confirm your login email or User ID (UID). Either can be used to log in. Your manager can also reset your password.
- Ensure that you are logging in at the correct URL: https://cloud.wrkspot.com/ or mobile app (WRKSPOT) with no "O" in work. There is another unrelated company with a webpage and app called "Workspot."
- If you are attempting to login from the mobile app, check that you have the latest version downloaded in the Google Play (if using an Android device) or Apple Store (if using an iOS device)
- Internet issues
- You may be clocking in or out from outside the premise.
- There are timecards waiting to be submitted and you have reached the maximum of unapproved timecards. Please approve your pending timecards from previous shifts to be able to clock in.
If none of these solutions work, please contact your General Manager.
