Settings: Enable Housekeeping Inspection

Overview

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to activate the housekeeping inspection setting within the WrkSpot app. The housekeeping inspection feature is designed to streamline the process of managing room inspections, ensuring that your property maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Follow these steps to activate the inspection settings for your hotel:

1. Navigate to Settings > Housekeeping > Cleaning from the main menu.

2. Click on the Edit icon in the top right corner .
3. Navigate to the setting labeled "Would you like to activate inspection for this hotel" and choose "Yes, inspection is mandatory for every room" to enable this option.

(Note: In case you modify this option, remember that you will need to republish from the housekeeping allocation page for the changes to be applied).

4. If you've activated this feature and republished the housekeeping allocation, every room in your property will necessitate inspection before transitioning to the "Clean" status.
5. Once you have configured all the above settings, click on the "Save" button located in the top right corner.
